Unlike those negative, guilt-producing calorie counting apps, the Daily Dozen helps you focus on seeking out healthy foods to eat vs. scaring you into avoiding "bad" food items. By choosing more of the whole foods he recommends, you will naturally phase out unhealthy foods with very little effort. I can't recommend it enough!
