PlantPure Communities Global 10-Day Jumpstart
The Global Jumpstart is aimed at helping people strengthen their immune systems to fight the COVID-19 pandemic through a diet of whole, plant-based foods (vegetables, fruits, whole grain cereals, legumes, nuts, and seeds). According to a newly released commentary by well-known nutrition researcher Dr. T. Unlike those negative, guilt-producing calorie counting apps, the Daily Dozen helps you focus on seeking out healthy foods to eat vs. scaring you into avoiding "bad" food items. By choosing more of the whole foods he recommends, you will naturally phase out unhealthy foods with very little effort. I can't recommend it enough!
